Today is my 18th birthday. I'm happy it has finally come, yet I mourn the cruel fact that my childhood is finally over. I still act like a child, and will always, but now I can never say; "Don't be mean to me! I'm just a kid!" Now that I'm an adult I have to take on all the things life 'thinks' adults can handle. My adulthood has come at last. And it is with mixed emotions that I say goodbye to my childhood, forever.Thursday, October 2, 2008
Bittersweet Ending
Today is my 18th birthday. I'm happy it has finally come, yet I mourn the cruel fact that my childhood is finally over.
